The Best Wheels EVER!
I’m an avid roller skater (skate 2-3x a week at a rink and have been skating since I was two, for context) and have tried all kinds of wheels. These by far have been the best wheels I’ve ever had. I’m a rex/dance skater and prefer a semi hard wheel with some grip. Anything below a 90A is too sticky and anything above a 95A is too slippery, so a 92A is the sweet spot for me. So when someone recommended these wheels I was so excited to see they had a 92A. It took me a moment to buy them bc I didn’t want to spend so much money on wheels and be disappointed. But I finally did it and am so glad I did. I bought these about 3 months ago and have been skating hard on them. I am so happy to say these wheels are wonderful. I glide with the right amount of slip but dance with the right amount of grip. They are smooth and they are also light. They make skating easy and fun. I don’t struggle to keep my roll and find I can skate 2-3hrs without knee or foot pain (which can happen due to the wrong kind of wheels and/or bearings). The only issue I had was getting my bearings in. I had to buy a C/G clamp to get them in as there is no ease with pushing them in. I’m not sure at the moment what taking them out (to clean or replace them) will entail. I’m almost positive a traditional bearing puller will not work. But I will figure it out cause they are worth the trouble). Also I thought the hubs were made of metal but it’s actually plastic. So just a heads up. Anyway, these are worth spending a little extra for their quality. they are so well made and I get a lot of compliments. So it goes without saying that these will be my go-to from now on! Any other wheels will have to exceed these. I’d highly recommend buying these.
