Not good condition
Item is not of good condition when i received. Seems like an old batch. Powder lookes really bad

Using this before weight training and playing sports. May be subjective but I feel a slight edge during and a little bit more of a power boost towards the end off exercise compared to not taking. Only negatives are that it doesn’t dissolve very well, so you can feel the last bit of powder stick to the inside of your mouth, so I have to wash it down with a couple of sips of plain water after. It also has a slightly bitter after taste. Other than that a really good product.

A good product which is clearly a better option than the alternatives in the same price bracket. Taste 8/10 Performance 8.5/10. No face itch. a clean energy-buzz with no sickly adverse effects.

Really powerful. I thought that this would be a weak pre-workout mix. I only need half a scoop and it gives me all of the energy I need to lift heavy - although I am a 5ft 6 female. I have also not had the dreaded itches from it. The flavour is not sickly sweet. The only down side is it makes we want to dance between sets and I have no rhythm so have to supress that.

Very good pre-workout. This is my third box, I prefer this taste. Give me good kick during gym sessions or walking, hiking.
