Must read this before you buy this product. As compared to others , it does help a bit in increasing blood flow, but does little in energy boosting, note that I have tried other pre work outs before. But the thing of concern is the residue it leaves after a while is completely insoluble. Note that I have kept it in water for 3 complete days, it does not dissolve. Imagine if it goes regularly in the stomach. The company must explain this immediately else it must be banned. Please be cautious people, cause it's our life.
