Order 2 and they will come boxed together for protection
This cookie is delicious. Because I ordered 2 bags, they arrived packed in a box. I didn't not have the problems of anyone complaining here about crumbled cookies. I encountered only 1 and it still tasted great. If you like the taste of amaretto, you will love these. They are made from apricot kernels, which is what provides the flavor in amaretto liqueur. Simple ingredients - only apricot kernels, sugar, egg white and leavening agent. Very crunchy, slightly sweet, with that wonderful cherry, almond, amaretto flavor. I was surprised how large the bag is. This was a great value. I hadn't tasted this cookie in 25 years. One of my all time favorite purchases on Amazon.

Amaretto cookies delicious, but broken bc Amazon doesn't package properly!!
4 stars for the cookies. Zero stars for Amazon bc the cookies arrived in a bag and delivered to the neighbors! Cookies need to be BOXED AND PROTECTED, not shipped in a bag bc of the BS carbon cr@p. The cookies are delicious and as expected, but BROKEN!! Amazon get your acct together and box the cookies. This is the second time getting cookies shipped in a bag and finding them broken! I won't order cookies from Amazon anymore until this is problem is fixed. Forget the carbon cr@p!!

Shameful Amazon error in packaging. Good product.
AMazon warehouse shipped these fragile puffy cookies in a paper bag! I get books delivered in boxes and if anything should have been put in a sturdy box, this product is it. I am going to have amaretti crumbles all over the place when I open the packages bag itself. That is why the manufacturer often packs them in a metal box. What a mistake by Amazon and what a shame. This product is pretty good value and the cookies are of course delicious, just too bad that Amazon didn't know what it was doing when they were packaged for shipment.
