Nice Bell No Mounting Screws
I don't know if this bell will pass the test of time and weather, but it appears to be a high quality item. It is heavy, and looks and feels substantial. I just can't believe they didn't include three screws that match the bell as part of the item. So, you need to go to the hardware store and see if you can find brass screws the right size for the bell. You gotta be kidding me. Three screws? One other smaller thing. There are cap nuts that hold the arm to the bell. On mine, they were loose. You will need an 8 mm open end wrench and better if you have two to tighten these, or somebody is going to be clanging this bell and it is going to fall off. The screws really ticked me off. Come on, guys. Include the screws.

Sounds great!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased for my 3 year old granddaughter's kitchen. She likes to announce when it is dinner time. I had to find a spot where it will allow to shake the bell accurate. The attachment part where you screw in the wall does give much space to shake the bell. See my video attached. Yes, I do recommend.

Dinner bell
I purchased this bell for our local Senior Center to ring when lunch is ready, and it works perfectly! They use it everyday and it looks beautiful on the wall behind their serving line. I highly recommend this vendor.

The bell can't ring every time because the clapper is too short
The the clapper can't make contact with the bell 100% of the time because the ring that attaches the braided handle to the clapper hits the bell instead of the clapper. If the clapper were longer, it would contact the bell every time. Incidentally, the ring that holds the braided handle is nothing more than a cheap key ring.I had really high hopes for this 4" bell because the 3" bell that I previously bought is perfectly made and works great. The only problem is that the 3" bell isn't loud enough for my application. I intend to attach it to my electric cart and ring the bell when I approach pedestrians on the sidewalk on a noisy street. I want to warn them from a distance when I come up from behind so that they see that they have time to move aside safely and are not in danger of getting hit.I need to ring the bell using my fingers to swing the clapper because the bell will be held stationary. Since the clapper is too short, I will have to figure out how to lengthen it so that I can swing it with my fingers. The clearance of the clapper and the bell is very tight, but if the clapper were longer, the task would be easier or unnecessary.
