I don't remember but do not recall delivery taking an excessive amount of time.

How much sugar does this have and is it gluten free?

I dont believe it does, i stopped using it a in september onlg because of how much it costs. But if i had the moola id be drinking this twice a day. Btw if your worried about sugar you should just stick to eating veggies and lean meat. ;)

Will this product work for someone on the Mediterranean Diet?

I suppose it depends on your meaning of 'work for you' and what you want to accomplish with a protein drink. I recommend contacting the company, Ground Based Nutrition - 1-844-476-8632, www.ground-based.com. Excellent product, not gritty, although I do add some fruit. Pricey but I highly recommend.
