Certainly, you can use this knife for cutting fish, but our fillet knives are specialized for that purpose.

How is the knife packaged?

It comes in a box with a plastic sleeve that slides over the entire box. The knife is held in place by a preformed plastic mould so that it can not slide or move around. I have ordered more than 20 knives and have never had a problem with the packaging
