Is it radiation tested ?

My understanding of Harney and Sons was that they were sending their teas through Germany first, I don't know if still true, because they do Radioactivity testing there. (especially after the tsunami)

Chris, it does NOT say it's certified organic. If it was organic, it would have to state that on the label.

how much tea per cup?

The usual for black tea, 1 tsp per 8oz cup of tea.

Is this a scented tea, like Earl Grey. Or is it a straight-up black tea that can be drunk with milk?

This is not a flavored or scented tea. It is a black tea blend. As with most teas, if you prefer milk with it, it should be made how you prefer tea.
