Very misleading product title. Product is listed as 90 pills, 300mg. This is not true. Each pill is 100mg and you must take 3. So instead of 90 days this is only a 1 month supply. No where in the description or details does it say this. You can only find the information on one of the photos of the back and even that is confusing. Will not purchase this again.

It was suggested that I take a magnesium supplement as a way to help my migraines and possibly help the quality of my sleep. After taking this for approximately 2 weeks, I noticed a decrease in the intensity of the headaches that I was getting. I also felt more rested in the mornings. A friend of mine indicated that her magnesium supplement left this bad taste that she would frequently belch and/or would feel like she had heart burn. I haven't noticed any negative side effects from this brand. I've been taking this for approximately 6 months and will continue to do so.

My Chiropractor recommended me to take Magnesium Glycinate, I've been having muscle tightness, back hurting,etc. Ever since I bought these magnesium my muscles don't hurt as much as they used too, I don't get as much back pain as I used too (only when I sit down for a long period of time), my digestion is better and since I take one before before bed I can actually sleep better.I would never stop taking them!

I added 2 of these per day, and began sleeping better within the 2nd night. I was not feeling particularly well due to a migraine, so I added a 3rd one for a couple of mornings in my shake, and wow! I slept for 7 hours straight. I did not need Zzquil or anything, just this Magnesium. These are top quality. I have tried others, that made a minor if any difference. I will definitely keep these up. My neurologist and internist both said low magnesium levels (which I have) can affect headaches and poor sleep quality which is why I added magnesium.I open the capsules and add them to a supplement shake I make daily, so I cannot comment on the swallow question.

Despite the great price, the last few bottles I ordered had several caps empty and powder spilled all over.

Love this product. I take it because I know the importance of taking a good magnesium is healthy for your bone density. It does the trick

After doing some research, I bought this product to use as a sleep aid. I have never taken any kind of magnesium before, so I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. This product is worth every penny! I looked up magnesium glycinate in the Amazon search. I had to scroll a bit to find this one as it was way down in the list of search results. In my opinion, it should be at the very top! Great product!
