These are very loud, on par with a smoke detector. They were easy to install and they are sensitive. My dog likes to look out the window and when she hit the window it went off. Definitely worth the price.

Ive used this product now for over 4 years on two different houses. I love the fact they have a warning sticker facing outside to scare any would be thieves. Also, there is a sensitivity adjustment unlike some other brands. My only false alarm out of owning 16 of these units may have been caused by a bird hitting the glass. Otherwise, you can place on glass doors and opening and closing of the doors do not set this devise off. If needed, the sound is very loud. Very happy and will buy again.

We purchased these for an RV road trip through Washington knowing that the trailheads are often targeted inside the national parks. I accidentally set them off a couple of times and they are LOUD. I specifically purchased these ones because they are extremely easy to spot from the outside and they have a flashing light that couldn’t be missed at night. My only critique would be that they cannot be easily removed once attached (which might be a good thing for some people). Our RV was a rental so they needed to come off and I had to pry them so hard I was nervous it would bust the window. It would be a good option to have some that suction on instead.

They work great! Easy to install and can be set loud.

Works ok with glass break as advertised. But does not have a low battery indicator, which is very, very important. Alarm is quite loud, good. Uses AAA alkaline batteries which are readily available and with enough capacity to last a while, another positive feature. Does not work on a door no matter where placed or how hard the door is kicked or slammed shut. Frequency of response for door is too low to activate the sensor, and it is not designed for doors but for the glass breakage higher frequency. Yet did have hopes albeit not expected, that it could work for doors as well although not advertised for doors.

I have read a few reviews where they stated the alarm did not go off, not sure of what they were talking about. These alarms are sensitive and they do go and are LOUD. I took some frozen pineapple out of the freezer and put them on the cutting board and banged them to separate for my smoothie, now this is in front of my kitchen window where I have an alarm placed. Well, that set the alarm off and nothing touched the window at all but the vibration from banging the pineapple did. Secondly, I placed one on the inside of my storm, glass back door, at first I tapped on and around it but nothing happened; however, when I closed the house or interior door, the vibration from that door triggered it. So tapping it doesn't seem to do anything but just like it states vibration or breaking of the glass is what sets it off. Hopefully, there will not be any glass breaking but I'm sure it will go off it went off from that! I Love the red blinking light feature, that in itself is a great deterrent, not to mention the sticker. This is a great add on to any security system one might have. Actually, they're sufficient by themselves if you don't have security cameras or a traditional security system. I have them in all of my windows and storm glass doors. They do provide another layer/barrier of protection and peace of mind, especially combined with my outdoor security cameras, motion detector flood lights all around my property, and Interior door alarms and motion detectors. They did a good job with these alarms...

Super easy to install, but because they are so large you need to think about where you're putting them. Make sure you can slide off the battery case when it comes time to replace the batteries. One of mine I stuck too close to the wall next to the window (live and learn!) and will probably have to peel it off when it comes that time because I didn't think it through until AFTER I stuck it on. The adhesive is very strong! They are large, so if you want to put them on the stationary part of the window, make sure you leave enough room to open the window. I love the flashing red light, which is easily visible from outside, and lets people know that there is an alarm. I like to think this is a deterrent in and of itself. Even if it's not, the alarm seems to be adequately sensitive. I have one on a living room window and was having new flooring installed. The installer dropped a tool near the window (it was a pretty loud bang when it hit the floor) and that set the alarm off. I was very relieved to know that it worked. Let me tell you, the alarm is LOUD! I heard it over the power tools the intallers were using--it got everyone's attention. I mentioned the flashing red light--think about how that might be seen from inside your house before you install these, too. One of my alarms is in my living room and I had to place it so it won't be seen at night from inside. That would be super annoyng. I can see where it could be an issue in a bedroom if there's no curtain or other window covering that could block out the light. Overall, I am super happy with my purchase and I feel more confident that those vulnerable windows are less vulnerable now. I like that these use AA batteries, because I always have a number of them on hand, but that is what makes the alarms so large. So, bottom line, make sure the size of these alarms works for you and that the flashing red light won't bother you. I would recommend this product.

They do work especially if I open the patio door and forget to turn it off! The flashing light is hopefully a deterrent and the sticker on the back that goes against st the wi down another warning. Highly recommended

These window alarms are excellent. We have an older home with a few basement windows. I installed one alarm on every window. Pros: good size, warning sticker and light alert that the windows are alarmed (and the light means you know if the batteries have power), can be placed anywhere, on-off switch, easy battery access, extreeeeeeemely loud (my cat set one off - it could be heard outside, throughout the house, and was so loud that I could barely think even with ears covered to go switch it off and back on), sensitive. Cons: unknown as to whether they can be removed and reused due to the sticker attachment. It would be nice if 3 were included per alarm. Highly recommend as an extremely easy, affordable, and quick security update. Anyone can install them.
