Why isn't there a size chart? Where am I supposed to measure?

There isn't one. I am a size 14 normally and they were too small around my thighs. I tore them up the sides to make them fit.

I am normally a size 4 currently weigh 136 pounds 5 foot 2. My pre-pregnancy weight was 117. What size should I get?

The material is quite unique in that it stays put but yet has stretch (if needed). I’m 5’7 and normally 150 pounds (wear a size 8). Pregnancy caused my bottom half to expand, plus I gained my 30lbs. I opted for a large to be on the safe side and they fit great. Honestly, you’d probably fit a small but I would size up to a medium to accommodate the postpartum care (ginormous pads).

what are the exact ingredients?

The inner portion is made of water + calcium ammonium nitrate and the outer portion is nonwoven fabric (portion that touches the skin) and underneath that layer is tissue + wood pulp + SAP (super absorbent polymer).
