Q: How good will they be in steel toe shoes I am on my feet 10 hours a day

I loved the insoles they are very comfortable and provide a lot of cushion. I imagine they will be very helpful while on your feet however may not last as long. I would not recommend purchasing them if you cannot remove the insoles of the shoes you are wanting to use them in.
