First for the installation – it is so easy to install this backup camera, even though running wires down the frame rails of a truck is never fun. One could buy a wireless camera, but the video quality may not be as good and the price would be much higher, so a little extra installation time was well worth it to me.As for the video quality, I am very happy with the image quality which shows in a NEW Pioneer AVH-1300NEX head unit. During the day, the video is very clear; and the night vision is perfect, too. Even the light from my backup lights or brake lights is not enough for me to see perfectly clear behind my vehicle. This was one of my main reasons for buying this rear view camera as we live in an area without much night light and it is very hard to see very well at night when backing due to looking through 3 layers of tinted glass in the rearview (rear cab window, front camper shell window, and rear camper shell window).Overall I am very happy with this reverse camera, and now I feel safer backing my trailer out of parking spots.

Very high quality kit for the price, they give you everything you would need including a trim tool, tape, wire taps and zipties. Instructions are very clear also. It also includes a way to turn off guide lines and rotate image 180°. You can not mirror flip at the camera it's self so only for rear use unless your head unit supports mirror flipping. Camera itself is all metal case with metal mounting bracket, cable is very long and much thicker than lesser brands. Image is very clear with good color and wide field of view. Lense is glass so it won't haze over from uv rays. Replaced a cheaper direct fit model ( was intergraded into one of the license plate lights ) with this unit, while not as stealth as the other unit it is 100% better in every way. Do yourself a favor, don't cheap out on one, this one is not super expensive but not low end cheap either. Highly recommended.

I really like this camera paired up with my pioneer head unit. It comes on very quickly and the picture is clear day and night. I am going to take some videos of it working during the day and at night that I will post later.

I bought this unit based on the good reviews here and the camera really works well with great picture quality. I have now used this camera in my toyota Rav 4 with no problem, recommend the product !!

Hello, this is my third Natika camera and I have to say this cameras are great. Easy to install and set up and the image quality day/night is excellent. Of the two pictures I added one is backing up on my driveway and that was in total darkness but as you can see on the picture it looks as clear as the one taken in day light. They shipped fast and arrived with everything needed for installation.

Since my original review below nothing has changed except I now have a years use from it. It is still a fantastic camera, the night vision does very well in low light. If you have need for a compact back-up camera with some great features I highly recommend this one...still.Since the reviews can be for different items I am revewing the:NATIKA Backup Camera, IP69K Waterproof Great Night Vision HD and Super Wide Angle Reverse Rear View Backup Camera for Cars Jeep Trucks SUV RV Van. as listed. I had previously purchased a license plate camera from another vendor, that item was manufactured by E**Y and what a POS. I just installed this NATIKA today 9/16/18 and I have to say the picture is phenominal on this little gem, mind you I have not seen this yet in the dark but I doubt i'll be disappionted. The unit came in a great box with everything you would need to do a basic installation. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does have fisheye due to the viewing angle capability but it is not an issue for me. This camera did come with the green and white loop wires as described to disable the gridlines or invert the image. I also liked in my particular install the ability to flip the bracket over on the camera as well as flipping the swivel piece of the bracket also. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and if the manufacturer of this camera has any other products I might need I would't hesitate to purchase them.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Having owned the previous generation Natika camera I do see some improvements. The cable bundle seems stronger than the old one and compared to similar cameras from other companies the metal bracket is stout and holds the camera very well. The image is just as good as the old camera both day and night images are sharp. Its nice having the option to use grid lines or not, I opted to leave them off.

I'm really pleased with this camera... it's crystal clear video quality... high quality material... not cheap plastic... metal casing camera. Has guidelines.. easy to install. My vehicle had the wires run already... was just too plug and play really. And easy to adjust... and it came with the pry tool... which made it super easy to remove panels. Will recommend to anyone...
