What scent do the shampoo & conditioner have?

I say like fresh baked sugar cookies..... My room are says coffee....hope that helps

Why do these come with pump lids (hate) when product photo shows flip-top? i also bought from another listing also showing flip-top, & got pump lid

I received an order w/flip top & also in the package were the pump lids - I can interchange (nice) - my 2nd order I received had the pump lids only (shipped w/pump lids)- which made a mess in the box even though the product was wrapped in plastic. Hopefully my next order will be shipped like the 1st...

Does this work well on blonde hair which has been highlighted and not cause the hair to turn reddish in color?

I have light caramel highlights in my dark hair does not seem to effect my hair color at all. I love the product

Does this product work for dyed red hair?

I would not use it on any color treated hair. I used this product after coloring my hair 3 days earlier, and it almost completely stripped my hair. The only good thing I can say is it smells good and left my hair soft, but all my color was gone. FYI, I wash my hair in cold water and only twice a week, so it wasn't anything I feel thar I did wrong using this product. I returned it immediately.
