An Occult Guide to the Tarot Paperback – 31 December 2015

I bought the book as the editor has several works that I am interested in. This book is to be a mashing of 4 classical books on Tarot, with an editor. Instead, it doesn't easily reference any of its works so it is more of a book by the editor that if he quotes any of the books does so liberally and without any reference, in the end, there is hardly any context of the point of view except the editor. I gave the book 3 stars, because it does offer some tidbits here and there, to include a few pictures that I appreciated of woodcuts and major arcana details. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this for a new person. It would only be for someone who wants to add to their point of view and add their own context.

Quickly written, lacking substance, little more than a cash-grab. Frankly I didn't expect much, and yet, I'm still disappointed.
