I bought this cover for an 01 Ranger step side and the rails didn’t exactly fit, but the modification was simple and the cover fit perfectly! I was thrilled with the quality and the appearance!

Perfect fit for my 2000 Ranger 6' Stepside bed. My truck even had a bedliner, but the clamps holding it to the bed rails fit without modification or me having to cut slots because of the way the particular bedliner fit (your situation may vary). This thing was fairly simple to assemble and fit to the truck, even for this 78 yr. old, and instructions were straightforward. The clamps seem rugged and the material of the cover seems very heavy and hopefully will hold up for a few years. It's easy to just unlatch the rear and roll up the cover and secure it just behind the rear window when I need to haul something big in the truck - - gives me a full view of the bed, as opposed to the hard folding covers that block your whole rear window when folded up. Took me a time or two to figure out that the best way to latch down the back of the cover was to open the tailgate first (DUH) although there is a slight bit of adjustment available in the latches themselves if needed. I'm very pleased with this cover and now my truck looks much nicer, and it certainly gets looks whenever we cruise down the road. And I definitely see an increase in MPG when in use, a bit of a surprise. I HIGHLY recommend this product and company!

for the price, this is totally worth it, only problem is that all the mounts don't fit. only four out of the six mount up. the four that mount up are shown in red (this applies for both sides of the bed) and this is because there is a overhang that the mounts can grab onto. but the two that don't fit, are in green, and this is because the bed and the factory bed rails touch. so there is no way for the mounts to fit around the overhang. but other than all that, this is honestly the best cover for the price, it seals all water out, it closes and opens just fine. not sure how it will do with all the weight of snow ontop of the cover yet. if it holds up just fine against the weight of slushy snow and heavy snow i wont update. but if it collapses or rips or something ill update. so far so good with this

Easy to install about an hour. Looks good on the truck. Not sure how it will stand up. Directions say do not allow snow to sit on cover. Will post another review in the Spring after the Winter.

This thing is great. It’s really made well. The extruded aluminum frame is really strong. The soft cover it very thick and strong also and the velcro it nice. Not the cheap weak type. Very easy to install and it fits perfectly. The clamps work well but I may drill through and put stainless screws and locking nuts but not because it needs them. Just because I prefer it. The only thing is, at first I thought something was wrong with it. Seems you can’t really lock the cover down if the tailgate if closed because it has a lot of tension on it. Just open the tailgate and it locks right down.

Good deal for the money. Fit perfectly.
