I bought two of these laundry bags a short while ago. I was very pleased with them. They were great for carrying my clean folded clothes. I didn’t fill them to capacity in order to keep them lightweight. A few months down the line and the grommets were starting to loosen... even partially filled. Last evening I was carrying the bags into my house and one of the grommets broke lose and sliced my finger. It didn’t require medical attention but it bled on the bag and on the clothes I was wearing.I had read the reviews before buying & a couple of them said that the grommets do become loose. They definitely do (even at 2/3rds capacity) and when they do they are sharp. I definitely do not recommend.

I really like this laundry sack; it’s soft and thick and really attractive for something that just holds dirty garments. The quality is great and the rope closure is quite sturdy. However, it is NOT generously sized and I think I actually have some tote bags/purses that are as large. But I only wanted something small to stash my nicer garments/delicates (in an impossibly tiny closet) before they get hand washed. So this is ideal for me and I’d think it would work perfectly for baby clothes too. Or a day trip to the beach even. Just avoid it if you’re looking to haul a week’s worth of clothes to the laundromat —there’s just no way that will work!

This is a very cute and sturdy laundry bag. It looks great hanging in my closet door, and helps keep laundry from piling up. I took a star off because the opening is very small, its difficult to get things in and out. Also the bag smelled terrible. Like a chemical smell. I had to was it and now it’s fine.

I AM UNABLE TO CARRY LAUNDRY UP AND DOWN STAIRS, SO I PUT THE DIRTY CLOTHES IN THIS BAG AND THROW IT DOWN THE STEPS. MAY SEEM FUNNY, BUT IT WORKS. I CAN GET THE CLEAN CLOTHES UP IN A LAUNDRY BASKET. WHEN YOU AGE, YOU HAVE TO IMPROVISE!

Overall: its a good bag for the price. As per other reviews, yes, the strap can start to rip a bit if its a full heavy bag you are carrying, but I feel most laundry bags are like that...laundry is heavy.Since I have limited space for a hamper in my small studio (sharing space with finace's hamper as well), I keep this bag in my mesh top pop up hamper to help sort the cloths and keep it looking modest... Then when time to go to the laundry mat, just grab the bag and go. Hence, good for small living areas with laudry mats.

Cute bute all of the ring holes broke almost immediately.
