Might be the best purchase I did this year! Bought this to play my SAW (SB19) Album, and to display the jacket at the same time. Look how good this looks! At first I was hesitating to order the. Clear one, since there is no sample online nor in the reviews. Good thing I went with my gut and ordered the clear one coz it's the prettiest thing ever!!! Hands down to the technical aspects as well, good sound, nice controls. Easy to use. Love it so much!

It’s not only a cd player but a decoration, or a trigger to start a daily life. I like to change different speakers and earphone by aux or bluetooth in different moods. I enjoy to watch it working. And when it stops, with CD inside, it is really a nice decoration. I don’t meet any problem when processing. The connection of bluetooth is smooth and fast. With connecting history, only need to press the button “B”. Let’s put on the earphone and enjoy the music!

One thing you should be aware of is that since this is a product meant for the Japanese market, all documentation will be only in Japanese. OK, now for the review. This player works well for playing both standard audio CDs and MP3 CDs. It looks well designed. Controls and display are very minimalistic but do work well. The only downside is that, since track number display only has 2 digits, when playing MP3 CDs with over 99 tracks, track numbers past 99 will not be displayed (but they will play). There's also a switch on the bottom side to set playback mode. You can either continuously loop the entire CD (this the default setting), loop a single track or just play the CD once and stop. The player will remember your last played track even when switched off so if you want to stop playback now and return to your music later, it's possible to do so. The technical side is interesting. This player uses buffering heavily and always tries to read-ahead, even when playing standard audio CDs (so don't be surprised if the disc just spins down in the middle of a song). This is likely done to reduce skipping but this system is not without glitches. For example, when playing MP3, a read error can cause continuous crackling noises to appear in the audio which can only be fixed by fully stopping and restarting playback (pausing won't work). Also, when playing standard CDs, the player sometimes doesn't play the very last track to the end, skipping prematurely to the first track instead. As for the audio side: Bluetooth does work but it's not perfect. You need to activate it manually every time you turn on the player, there's no option to have it activated automatically after power on. Also, there's no support for better quality codecs like aptX, only basic SBC and AAC codecs are supported. On the plus side, Bluetooth remote control does work, allowing you to control the player using your earbuds. There's also a 3.5mm headphone jack which does work fine but I do not have any wired headphones or earbuds of decent quality to properly test the quality of it's sound output. Overall: a functional, albeit somewhat basic audio CD and MP3 CD player which will work well for playing your CD collection and likely won't look out of place when used functional wall ornament.

購入後約2か月で、演奏中に突然電源offとなる現象が発生しています。 頻度は多くはないですが、異なるCDでランダムに起きているので、故障のようです。 amazonを通してメーカーに連絡したところ、次の日にはメール返信がありました。 初期不良として交換するとの早急な対応を頂きました。 不良があるのは問題ですが、問題を早急に解決しようとする姿勢はとても安心できると感じます。 ======================== 少し分厚いですが、一応ポータブルです。 シーク音も気になりません。 bluetoothの接続も問題ありません。 bluetoothヘッドフォンのリモコン操作も概ねできているようです 本体のボリウム調整がデジタル20段しかなく、微調整ができません。 Line出力ではボリウム設定表示01でも音が大きく、もう少し小さく調整したいのですが不可能です。 私の環境では、 bluetoothヘッドフォンでの音量調整は、本体のボリウム設定値から絞る方向なので、きめ細かく調整できています。 本体側面のオープンボタンが固いです。 ロックする爪も細くひ弱そうで、すぐに壊れそうな気がして怖いです。

I'm gonna be honest, I bought this CD player for my daughter merely because it matches well with the colour theme and the rest of the decor in her bedroom. Although she mostly listens to songs via streaming, for some reason, she also likes to purchase physical discs from time to time and she would like to display some of her beautiful CD collection while she listens to them. This CD player exhibits typical Japanese minimalist, sleek and simple design characteristics. So, if that's your style it will really be a pleasing to the eyes to have it hung or stood vertically in your room. What really disappoints is the build quality - the plastic is cheap, thin and brittle and you will have to handle it very carefully, like a piece of fragile plastic model; it doesn't even support aptX, let alone aptX HD. You also have to reconnect it to your previously paired BT device every time after you power it up, which is really annoying to me. It does not have optical output or USB audio input, which I find really subpar compared to other portable Chinese-made CD players in the market within this or below this price range. What really brought its rating down to a 2-star for me is that if we operate the CD player vertically, after a while the edge of the CD will eventually rub against the rim of the CD slot because the entire CD spindle / reader lens mechanism will sag over time due to gravity! We will then have to stop the player, open the player cover (which can open up to 45 degree only by the way), push the CD upwards a little before we can resume playing. What a bummer!

This CD player is amazing. Easy to connect to Bluetooth, portable, slick and works beyond expectations. Can’t recommend highly enough. The seller was also amazing great communication. Although not due until after Christmas, arrived 23rd December. Based on the experience, quality and service, will visit the sellers online store for more products.
