This creatine works really well. Its such a good price at a great size! There are so many servings in this container. The ingredients seem really good since you definitely feel the effects. It seems to help improve my energy level and my con concentration. This comes with a nice little scoop which makes it really easy to measure. I do not get any stomach discomfort or anything from using this. There is no flavor so you can add it to any drink you want.

This is my 3rd or 4th order, only this time I ordered 2.2lb container. Its more beneficial and only a few dollars more, its a lot more packed then the 1.1lb container. This works good for me, safe and easy to take (thats just me tho). Helps me boost my lifting, I'm not a heavy lifter or anything. I am also a diabetic as well, I am not giving any advices to anyone. Do your research before going thru, its been a year or 2 using this.
