Tried for the first time and it worked from day first. Pure raw whey is all u need. Dont have any digestion issues with it. People saying about it could b unknown being lactose intolerant(google it). Mixablitiy is good. For best results on muscles take it with water with recommended quantity. U will the difference from first drink. Dont waste extra bucks on premium brands. It is a full value for money product. Taste is slighty bitter at the end but u can make habbit of it, Not a big deal if u want to stay healthy. Also people saying it tastes like medicine is not true...I have done a all lot of reasearch before buying it but you will not regret it buying...Isolate whey is much better in terms of Protein content and BCAAs. Go fot it and focus on your training rather searching for thousand products..

I'm a woman and don't do heavy lifting, just lighter weights and yoga. I bought this to increase my protein consumption to see if it helps with satiety, etc. Not sure if it does. Sometimes it seems to have this effect but other times I'm still hungry, etc. Between this, eating more potatoes and adding more fats, I seem to have fewer cravings. I don't think protein on its own is doing anything for fullness but I like adding it in anyway. As someone who has never consumed protein powder before, I really like the neutral, milk powder-like taste. In the beginning, I had a few issues with digestion and felt uncomfortably full but it went away. I had made some other diet changes so that could also be the reason. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking a whole scoop at once, drink two half scoops two times a day and try and drink slowly (don't chug) and with a meal. That really helped me get used to this. As someone who can't digest soy or chickpeas, this is a nice protein supplement. I also love that there are no artificial sweeteners in this as I can't digest those either. I just drink it plain with water but drinking it with cold milk and some instant coffee is also delicious. Only negative is I got a pack with defective ziplock ie the ziplock didn't open. I had to cut it and seal it with clips.

If you are beginner I suggest you to not choose this whey protein as it has some digestive issues. I bought unflavored of it. And Seriously it tastes very bad and if you forgot to wash your shaker after drinking it and if it stays in your shaker for some hours it smells like hell too bad. The bloating is little bit more than other brands.The reason why I am giving this product 3 star is because it has good results in your body and due to the price factor as it provides isolate whey protein below 2000. And It has around 28-29 gm protein on as-is basis in it. If you are beginner so I should suggest you to not buy this product rather than go for the blended whey options if you have a budget of less than 2000. Ex:- As-it-is,XLR8,Fast and up etc.

Using for past three years. No other brand is better and gives better results for the price. The bland taste, you'll get used to after a few days. Even my friend who had been a muscleblaze fan, is now switched to Nakpro.

I bought this as it is cheaper than other brands i used earlier . I got bloating and diarrhea after using Nakpro. I did not have this issue with other brands . Also texture and flavor is poor when compared to other brands ( Muscle blaze & The whole truth) . Also the scoop thay I got with the pack is very small. I used a weighing machine and its 16 grams or so. But on the pack thwy claim its 30 gm . Disappointed with Nakpro . Buy at your own risk !

I buyed unflavoured and flavoured one 1 kg each and mixed both and using it from past 1 month. Flavour is very good than unflavoured. Unflavoured have more protein than other one. I gained 13 kg and muscle in just 1 month. I used 2 egg white per day, 2 spoon peanut butter, 1 spoon ghee, yoghurt 1 to 2 cup.
