Leg Savers!
These are wonderful! After the first use, I didn't notice a lot of improvement but they felt so nice when I had them on. They are easy to put on and with just a push of the button on the control pad, they were so easy to start the massage process. They have air bags inside for the feet and then the legs. With air compression they cycle through with a nice massage. There are two modes of massage so that was easy not having to figure out a bunch of different modes. These do not have the heat mode but that was great for me because I don't like heat along with the massage. After about a week of use, my legs/feet are so much improved. The swelling is almost gone. BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USE! If swelling with weeping is an issue you have before using, get a check-up to make sure there are not other issues going on like extra pain, clots, etc. I highly recommend these! If you want heat then you will have to purchase a different set and Amazon has plenty to choose from!

These actually work!
If you have leg circulatory issues, and tend to get leg cramps or foot cramps - these might be just what you need. I have those issues, and with the coming of cold weather the cramps at night usually get worse. I've found using this in the medium setting for about 30 minutes while watching some series on Netflix does wonders for my legs - not only at night - but also the next day. Usually going to be without using this my calves feel like iron. After using this for 30 minutes my calf is flexible and relaxed.I figured this might be quack medicine (I've had enough of those) and I'd be returning it to Amazon - but this is a keeper. It's well made and easy to put on and use. The only downside is where to put them when I'm not on the couch watching TV. If I figure that out I'll update the review. :)

The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
Due to a spinal injury sustained as a teenager I've had issues with my back and feet for decades. Sitting (like at a computer) for any length of time will cause them to swell up and become very painful. This started happening to me in the late eighties when driving a Peterbilt over the road on long trips. Massagers such as this alleviate most of that condition for me when used often. These Nekteck units are actually very helpful, but.... The foot sections give a good, strong massage to my ugly feet, to keep the blood flowing nicely, but the uppers [calf part] don't have much pressure — bad! I think I may be hearing a small leak in them, but can't be positive. I mean, maybe they just release extra pressure by default. Be that as it may, I feel they should be stronger on the calves. Maybe I just got a defective set, I dunno. I do have another, older calf/thigh only massage set that work much better than these do tho.

Excellent!
I'm a pretty big guy, and weigh 295 lb. Granted my legs are not that big around, but I do have pretty big calves. I wear a size 12 and 1/2 shoe, so I got pretty large feet. This product wraps around with a lot of extra Velcro. Even if you were a super large person, this product will work on you. So that's the fit... As for the compression, it's really good. It's just to the point where it's giving a lot of pressure, but not in any way that it hurts like some devices do. Compression is definitely more emphasized on your feet than your calves, but it does the job very well. Highly recommend! Very good product. It's made of really good material. The power cord is really long, and the two cords that come out of the boots are pretty long and they all connect to the remote. Everything is self-explanatory. I did not even need to read the manual.

Not as effective as hoped for.
Nicely packaged, prompt delivery, item seemed well made but did not fit my needs. Pressure was not uniform on leg area. Pressure went on and off to quickly and only compressed a small section of leg, didn't feel it on feet very well. 3.5 stars

They work well
If ur looking for a relaxing foot/calf massage, then ur better off looking at non-inflatable products. This is better suited for circulation enhancement. That said, if u play a lot of sports (like myself) then this is a must have. I was looking for something to massage my feet after stomping on a tennis court for 2+ hrs in Florida’s blazing heat. This did nothing of the sort, but my feet and legs did feel better after the first use. I decided to give it a few more tries and to my complete surprise I’ve found the Nektek leg massager has increased lower leg dexterity, reduced recovery/soreness times and eliminated cramping in my arches. Also, I’ve noticed lower leg joint swelling/soreness has gone away too. I was able to get on the court for 3 days in a row, 2-3hrs at a time and hit the gym without any effects. I’m not a medical pro but if the leg massagers are designed to enhance circulation it would make sense that there would b other benefits.People complain that the massager only works for 15 mins at a time. Two things, it’s not 15 mins but 20mins and the vendor does this to prevent it from over heating and they recommend letting it rest for 10 mins before beginning another cycle. I haven’t come across any heating issues. During use the pump/controller temp only increases moderately and if I wasn’t looking for it, I probably wouldn’t notice it.I use the Nektek leg massager 2 times a week. For each sitting, I do two 20 min cycles….hence, I use it while watching a movie or when reading.I’m giving the Nektek massager 4 stars because the foot/leg sleeves could be better designed w a bit more Velcro to reach around feet/legs to better accommodate people w normal leg & foot width. Also, I’ve seen reviews from people saying it makes their legs/feet sweat. To mitigate the latter wear socks and skinny sweats.
