Great replacement for the plastic channel which is an ass pain to remove or install. No issues in two glocks with these installed and made deep cleaning much easier. Doesn't directly improve performance in any way but are quite durable.

Goes in with almost no effort and all but eliminates any friction. Should last an extreme amount of time.
