This thins mucus in my throat and I highly recommend it. I use it twice a day, 2 sprays in each nostril. I am happy with this product. 😎 I have stopped using this since taking Desert Miracle EVOO, which has helped with the irritation in my throat. I am sleeping better. I buy it right here on Amazon.
