I have a hard time doing anything on a real schedule but this bottle and dropper is super convenient to use, I keep it right on the fridge and either put a drop in water when I eat, sometimes I even put a drop in my cereal milk. I get no stomach upset, so far I feel better day after I take it so I can only imagine how deficient I was and how much more my energy will increase as I continue. Highly recommend! Great, Palatable vitamin D. Sometimes the dosage dropper is inconsistent, so you habe to make sure youre getting a full dropper.

Completely tasteless, I add it to Greek yogurt and don’t notice it. Not sure if it’s actually making a difference, but I live in a very sunny climate, so I just take it on cloudy days.

Living in a state with many dark winter days and hardly any sun one must supplement the Vitamin intake. Though I believe 5000iu a day might be a bit to much for many even myself I full dosed for the first week, and really could feel the difference, and appreciated it. I'm not a doctor but I did do a bit of researching way before buying Berg's product on RDA and most places I visited had recommend it's less than the 5000iu a day. I trust Mr. Dr. Berg and all his research & to me his word is golden. After first week my self dosing is "1/2 a dropper full" a day just to be on the safe side and we'll see what my blood work has to say in 6 months. Now-a-days the sun isn't a nice pretty orange, yellow glow like it used to be, it's like it's being obstructed, and the life giving rays seem to have been replaced with an LED light bulb output, which isn't good for you either. Most people are deficient in VD3 and do not even know it, specially women, & K2 is a much needed & super health improving positive Vitamin. Makes me wonder why that none of the pharmacy manufactures will produce this wonder vitamin K2.
