Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Jet FT BlackI have about 6 gretsch guitars all Hollow body guitars. This is my first Gretsch Jet, and I am impressed. Every so often you get a guitar out the box and after changing the strings, which I always do, you find out the guitar plays perfectly, this guitar seemed like it was professionally set up. Great low action, straight neck with a great profile. Filter-tron pickups sound excellent with wonderful sustain, perfect for clean, heavy distortion, and with the added bigsby gives a great surf vibe. It is made in China I feel like someone making this or in QC really took their time and got this guitar really next to perfect. I bought it on Amazon from Gearnuts who are affiliated with a major company, so maybe they set it up? Your mileage may vary, but this particular Jet is blowing me away.
