I would suggest you go to a local cycle shop and try on the sizes for the specific model you are interested in. Helmet manufacturers are like shoe makers. The size on the box is not always accurate. So save yourself the sizing and return issue upfront. No one wants a helmet that has been pushed back and forth in the mail!
