Delicious and mixed well in coffee
I like this a lot! Keto approved and tastes delicious. This has a deeper chocolate taste than any other brand I’ve tried. Love it! Mixed well in coffee. Did not try in cold. I do two shots of espresso, 1/4 c cold almond milk, MCT oil, coconut oil, butter if you like, 1 c almost boiling water and a scoop of salted caramel bone broth. Froth! And enjoy! Makes a fabulous salted caramel mocha. No guilt and all indulge!

Aftertaste might not appeal to some, but it pairs well with their other version without organs
I guess it is good for me. It just has an aftertaste that I'm not particularly found of. I'm not sure if it is because I KNOW it has the organ component or not. I just don't like organ meats as it is, but it is said to be good for us. I mix a half a scoop with my favorite protein powder which is their chocolate beef protein powder without the organs.

Good quality
I really love these beef proteins. They have been helping me get the protein I need more easily. The beef protein + organ complex has a little stronger flavor and is really grainy when you get to the end of your cup. It’s not a deal breaker, but I’m glad I have the other flavors to rotate a bit. I feel like the protein + organ complex will be best in a smoothie rather than how I’ve been using it.

Great taste, quality ingredients with a great price
I just ordered my second container and now have it on subscription. It has very little aftertaste and great ingredients. If I was asked by the company to change a thing, it would be to use allulose instead of stevia, but it is still the best protein powder out there and is reasonably priced. I blend it with coffee, water, or Fairlife high protein milk. Sometimes I use all three.

Wonderful paleo/AIP meal replacement alternative.
Mild flavor, almost undetected organ flavor aftertaste, and good to the stomach. I wish it could also be purchased with an EBT card for people who need nutrition during special medical circumstances.

Unpleasant, heavy, meaty taste.
This product is made of beef liver, kidney, heart, etc. It has a horrible, meaty taste no matter what you use. I could not tolerate the taste or the smell and felt nauseous when I brought the glass near my mouth. I had to throw it away since a refund is not allowed once opened. It was expensive too $51.99 plus tax, which was a discount at the time of ordering. If you don't like a snelly, animal-like, heavy meaty taste, my recommendation is that this product is not something you would enjoy. On line marketing the product states it taste just like dessert. This is totally not correct. Its extremely putrid smelling and the taste is just as bad.

Taste very bad the second time I bought it
I bought a first batch and it tasted great... I bought a second one and it tasted horrible...I could not drink it! Such a waste!! It's too bad because I had a great experience with the first time that it make want to buy another one...but now I am looking at another product because I cannot trust this brand to have a great taste. Since we have to open it to try it... We can't have refund! It's not what I was expecting! UPDATE: I did not realize that the 2nd purchase I bought Grass Fed Beef Protein Powder + Organ Complex and NOT the Grass Fed Beef Protein Powder only. So I am glad using the Grass Fed Beef Protein ISOLATE like before. The flavor is great for that one, but we more of the lookout when you buy the product not to buy the wrong item.
