Definitely found the best go to tool
I love kitchen gadgets and this one has been the best so far. I've got more elaborate mandolin but this is the go to on a daily basis. I've got the one with additional blades. They are so easy to change and clean. I love it most for shredded daikon and carrots. So fast and easy. Buy gloves for sharp tools. Helps a lot to keep skin cuts

Mind blowing! My wife is a happy customer, she’s cutting the potatoes with equal size and we’re frying those, they get fried super crispy! Liking it!

Lotta work
Not always sharp enough. Some blades are too hard to use with tough food. Like a carrot. I only weigh 230 but had trouble with the double julianne. Single was okay for a carrot and an apple. Nice 3 mm potato slices.

Safer than other mandolines and easy to clean
Easy to clean and safer than my original mandoline. I like the finger guard and the cover that pushes the food down while shredding. Blades are very sharp. Nice packaging to store the unit and a plastic box to hold the extra blades.
