Audio don't work
Audio don't work wifi works now and again very inconsistent, The two way audio has never worked on this camera, I contacted the supplier who said they needed video clips to help resolve the problem, a clip of someone talking to the camera outside, a clip of playback over the phone through wifi WHAT? I just want a camera that works, and this one doesn't.

Alerts intruders
The picture quality is excellent the app was easy to download and use at first. Unfortunitely it didnt operate consistantly and there was insufficient instructions to get it working. Two full pages were instructions on how to fasten it to a wall. One screw one plug. Had I been able to access settings consistantly I may have been able to get it working. Also when I did manage to get it switched on it played a tune loud enough to alert an intruder at the end of the street. With a little more thought it could be an excellent product.

A fair weather cam
First off, look at alternative products if you want a camera for outdoor use. All that secures this camera to its base is a magnet, so strong winds or heavy rain could detach it - as could anyone agile enough to reach up and snatch it! This is not highlighted within the product details and should be as it is marketed as a weatherproof item suitable for outdoor use. The lack of a responsive after-sales customer service also doesn’t help when support is required. Plus points: the battery life is impressive although the six months’ claim is possibly a little ambitious. Picture and sound quality are acceptable, as is the WiFi connection, but on this latter point if you do risk an external siting, your hub will need to be positioned nearby within the property in order to maintain a decent signal. The fact this camera is supplied with a tripod is in itself a declaration that it is best sited indoors. And in that case, there are far better products out there in both price and specification. Overall this camera looks good but when you are relying on something to improve the safety and security of your home, looks count for nothing. It has to be robust and reliable. I am not confident that this camera can fulfill either of those expectations if located outdoors, which is why I can’t offer more than a two-star rating.

Excellent in theory, but manufacturing/design fault meant it couldn't work in situ.
Worked well until the cover was put on, this pressed on the reset button so product continually trying to establish connection and then giving error message that it had been reset. Mark on plastic cover showing where it should have been cut out, or made thinner. A shame because it linked easily with the network and phone/tablet and gave a good picture when testing without the cover. Needed the cover for the magnetic hunting, which was also a good idea. Have returned it and not ordering the same as suspect it would be the same.

Found the 1080p!
I thought I'd been sold a pup when my Vigica camera arrived with a printed guide informing me that it was only 720p. But although there is no clue anywhere, I found that by tapping the "SD Video" button in the streaming window, it changes to 1080p. I'm trying to like this camera because it is well priced and does pretty much everything the Reolink camera does at twice the price. But the misinformation - and general lack of help - in the user guide is annoying, as is the app's refusal to switch into landscape mode on my iPad. Also, it takes around 15 seconds to open the video window after you tap a camera alert - so if you were hoping to talk to the guy at the gate, you might be out of luck if he has already gone. And if these guys are serious players, they need to deliver desktop apps for Mac OsX and Windows. UPDATE: I have now found the button to put the video into landscape mode - but the app seems not to remember it and always opens in portrait mode.
