This was a perfect replacement for my ballast that went out in the kitchen.

Exact fit and operation. I had to replace in a 10 ft high barn and it operated 2 banks of 2. I taped the new one next to the old one on the ceiling to make sure i mirrored the proper wiring. Works great. I thought the lights had burnt out as 13 years old. Turns out it was the ballist.

Follow instructions for wiring
I have a old fixture my garage that I purchased in the 1990s. The ballast which it required was the one I purchased. Note, that the original ballast was no longer manufactured. So this one was a replacement, but would still allow me to run my LED tube lighting. It can take cold temps that are in my garage 20 degrees F.
