Delightful inexpensive wireless mic system
Having sold a wide range of audiovisual equipment over the years, I was on the lookout for a sub-$300 set of two wireless microphones. Behringer has a good reputation for pro-sumer equipment, so I gave this system a try, and was very happy with the results. Creating a system with a Behringer 802 analog mixer with USB recording out and a ZVox 203 Accuvoice speaker, I was delighted with the results in creating a highly portable and inexpensive setup for an audience of 35-50 persons. I was extremely surprised that there was NO feedback, when several times, inexperienced users stood with the mics right in front of the ZVox speaker (don't know if that was the Behringer or the ZVox which prevented feedback). The only problem I had was that when I first tested the system. I tested it with one mic, and got confused that the front panel's right-left of the ULM302MIC, is "backwards" on the back of the unit... it was unintiutive. But after I did some troubleshooting, I finally figured out that I need to READ "output 1" and "output 2" and not think "right-left" relative to the front of the unit. Maybe if they color coded the outputs to the colored rings on the handles of the microphones, that would be more intuitive. I haven't really investigated this, but I hope that Behringer makes a wireless lav version of the microphone, which I can swap with one of the handhelds, and then Bluetooth pair the lav mic to the receiver. It's a little disappointing that you can't have multiple 2-mic setups, but I guess that's just the nature of this frequency spectrum. The manual (albeit, short) is very clear on this limitation. It would also be nice to be able to buy some zipper pouches, like you get when you buy a Shure wireless mic, to protect the receiver and the microphones when you throw them in a gear bag. It also would be nice to have the power supply labeled in some way, so it's easy to remember that it belongs to the ULM302MIC receiver, so you should make sure you do that yourself (I used a silver Sharpie). I bought a Pyle floor and desk stand for this project and was disappointed that the diameter of the mic handles wouldn't fit the mic mounts on the stands. Since the mics have batteries, of course, the diameter needs to be bigger, but I didn't think of that when ordering the stands. I gave this product a 5 for sound quality, but that's pretty relative; I was judging for voice reinforcement, and matched it with a powered speaker which has some exceptional voice intelligibility features, and routed the audio through a mixer which gave me some EQ control. This isn't, of course, a microphone for professional singers. I haven't really used it enough to get a good feel on battery life. As a "value for the money" it is absolutely a 5!!!

I wish I could post audio in review
Constant interference. Tried to use at 6 events now. Always the same issue. Trouble shooting didn't work, not I can't return. Is this what I get for buying Behringer? Had a few good products from them and thought, maybe reviews are just rarities. 3rd purchase. Hugely flawed item. I've had $50 mics work better. Will update of Behringer makes right.

Amazing audio quality for the money
For the money these wireless microphones work great. We use them for our own events and have also traveled with them to other speaking engagements when we know they use wired mics and we want the freedom to move around.

They work fine, although not the best mics
The can be nicely use for short distance performances, but when you need to move around much and for longer distances, not the best choice.

Good for the price, fast setup
We bought this unit for fast and easy setup at occasional events and it meets our needs. All you have to do is plug the receiver into power and connect 2 XLR cables and you are ready to go in under 5 minutes. The wireless mics are loud and clear with a good signal over a short range (up to 30ft) and no interference issues. The batteries last long enough for an event that lasts a few hours and we always use fresh batteries. This is not the type of mic you take out into the crowd or use from the back of a crowded venue, you want a UHF mic with large antennas on the receiver for this use case. Yes the build quality is mostly plastic but that is expected at this price point and it helps to keep things light and portable. If you handle and store your equipment properly between uses it will last. We use a casematix case with customizable foam inserts and remove the batteries from mics while not in use.

Not for Professional Use
Gave this mic system a second try. Usually Behringer, while cheap, still packs a lot of band for the buck. I found these unusable for my DJ/Karaoke service. I love the idea of 2 mics ran off of a smaller receiver unit, but they are not quite there yet. Build quality feels cheap too. My main problem was, when using both mics at the same time it was causing interference and making an audible glitching sound. Just not acceptable. When running one of them the sound quality was fine, and usable. Just not both together. If someone is looking for a similar unit, I would recomend the AKG WMS40 Mini. While the build quality is about the same, they work. Also the handhelds only require one AA battery. Has great battery life. I just don't get why these companies can't make a similar unit and just step up the quality a little bit. I would gladly spend an extra hundred bucks for a worthy unit. I also tried another companies similar unit and seems to work good but have not put it through its paces yet. Can report back on that later. All in all, those looking at these Behringer's, I would not recommend them. Maybe for kids, just to have fun with, but that is about it. Or, if you are only using one at a time, and have a back up, if one fails.

I own a few Behringer products for professionnal use... but these mics can oversaturate quite quickly during singing and produce a 1/10 to 1/8 second delay. They don't "feed" much which is a good thing and the range looked OK but I only tested them 10 min each... They seem quite well built but I was hoping for more from Behringer and finally had to pay 100$ more for AKG mics.
