needed this for the recliner, when it was in the laid back position, it was a strain on the upper shoulders and neck to view tv. wanted to try to see if this helped adjust the head and neck and it sure did. lined it up exactly where needed and was very comfortable. the size is just right for just using it for my neck and support. it has the right feel and thickness and has velcro on the back, and comes with the opposite strip of velcro you can stick to the back of your chair to hold it in place. the flap is long enough that i don't think i will need to velcrow. quality perfect and it's function is exactly what was needed

This is a very comfortable pillow for your neck/head while seated. I have it on a faux leather office chair, and it stays put really well, even without using the included velcro patches. I bought the khaki coloured headreast, and it looks very nice on my khaki leather office chair. I love that I'm able to unzip the pillowcase to wash it when needed. I would 100% recommend this product. Very happy I purchased this, it's really helping out with my neck comfort while working from home.

Pluses on this head pillow include color, utility, and convenience. The insert pillow that came with it can be replaced simply by unzipping the back of the pillow, which I did because it was too large for my use. Instead, I use a rolled up towel that fits just right under the back of my neck. You could also use foam of your choice. My only caveat is that it is a bit bulky and unwieldy, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five, but that's my personal pickiness, and might not be yours. Otherwise, I recommend.

This headrest pillow is fully described in the Amazon listing, so I won't repeat the specs. Instead, I'll explain why I rated it three stars -- what I consider to be a "decent/average" rating. First, the foam fill was way too tall and firm -- too substantial -- for both my spouse and me on our La-Z-Boy recliner chairs and sofa. Second, there was no way to adjust this other than removing the foam and slicing it into two pieces. I cut it so one slice would be thicker than the other, allowing us to pick whichever one felt best. It turned out that the back piece was the best thickness, but it, of course, wasn't rounded on the one side. I'd love to see a pillow like this that contained a rounded top cushion and two or more, different sized pieces of backing foam. And, third, the pillow comes with a loop strip on the underside/back of the flap, and a stick-on hook strip to be stuck to the back of your chair to hold the pillow at the desired level. Problems: (1) The backs of our chairs are visible (not against a wall), so this would look tacky if the pillow was being used elsewhere, and (2) I, and I assume most other people, need to move the pillow up/down/sideways as they move around in the seat. Much better would be a weight in the end of the flap to counter the weight of the pillow and hold it all in place. The overall size and fabric are good and this pillow might be just perfect for some people on some seating, but with this "one size" design, it missed the mark for my needs.

It is exactly as advertised. I am confined to my recliner for 14-16 hours a day, this pillow has made this tolerable. I used to get sever cramps in my neck/ shoulders now an actually enjoy my time relaxing.

Before taking this pillow out of its sealed plastic bag, there was a very strong perfumy odor emanating from the package. When bag was opened, odor was overwhelming. I put it outside for a couple of days and that didn't help at all. I then washed it several times, following the label instructions and that didn't help. I have serious asthma and allergies and having this pillow anywhere in my house -- including the garage -- triggers my asthma and makes my eyes water. Never used it. Couldn't take the chance. It is not an offensive odor. More like someone poured a bottle of cheap perfume on it. It's going back and I'm going to look for another, odor-free pillow.

Very soft,didnt provide any support, and they wrapped it tightly so it came flat in the middle!

Perfect over the back of my living room chair. Have neck problems and this really helps.

This pillow is so nice when reclining in recliner. You don't have to strain your neck while watching tv. I have a neck injury and I recommend this 100%
