I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.

They’re flimsy but can do the job.

This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. It is super strong and well made and is a staple in my home gym from here on out. I just wish I had it sooner.

Exactly what i was looking for for my knee replacement very sturdy love the fact that it has extra loops for grabbing for different exercise definitely would recommend.

This is so much better than the single strap for yoga. At 75 your hands find it hard to hold a straight strap. This strap with the loops works perfect. I can slip my foot into the middle length of the strap’s loop and my hands can slip through the loops at either end. I also like that this strap is wider. I would recommend!
