I love the taste, it is not too sweet or indulgent, but enough. to satisfy a craving without having to sacrifice the health benefits of the keto diet. It tastes delicious with just adding water and ice. It is filling, blends easily, does not have a bad smell or aftertaste. Zero sugar.

Honestly, Delicious! I love cinnamon and this hit the spot. It's oddly salty but it didn't make it bad. I didn't feel like making dinner and now I'm fed AND hydrated. Will buy more.

I have lost 80 pounds on the Keto Diet by looking up recipes online and cooking very low-carb meals for my family. However, sometimes I just want to skip cooking for a meal. Or sometimes I'm by myself and don't have leftovers to heat up. In situations like that, Keto Chow comes in. A friend recommended it to me, and I agree with his assessment. Keto Chow is easy to use, tastes good, and gives you a "full" feeling. I have tried about eight of their flavors and like all of them. I use Keto Chow as a meal replacement about three or four times a week. And it is great for that! I really only have two complaints. The biggest one is that it is too expensive. The small one-serving packs are $5 a pop and you are mixing them with cream or oil which is also costly. The second complaint is that not all of the flavors come in the big packs (which significantly lower the cost per serving). I got about eight flavors single-serving packs to sample, so I would know which of the large packs to purchase. I made a list ranking my favorites of the eight flavors. NONE, not one, of my top five flavors was available in the large pack. So, if I want those flavors, I have to pay $5 single serving. I ended up choosing a flavor I liked for the large pack and it is fine, but I really wanted one of my favorite flavors. Overall, Keto Chow is great. Easy to use. Great flavor. Great meal replacement. An improvement in price and availability of flavors would make it five stars!

Oh my goodness so yummy. It def taste like a cookie in my opinion with a slight touch of cinnamon. Oh made this with butter but after being in fridge overnight it was too thick for my tastes. I added more water and could chug it because it was so good. I’ve tried a lot of Keto shakes and I like these the best by far. You add your own fat of either heavy cream, butter or avacado oil. They make me full and I feel great.

Tastes just like snickerdoodle batter! Doesn't need any other sweetener, but I did try some cinnamon dolce Jordan's Skinny Syrup, just to experiment. Unfortunately, it took away that sort of batter twang, so I won't be doing that again. It does have a very slight slippery mouthfeel, which might feel slimey to people overly sensitive to textures. But I'm honestly having a hard time finding things to criticize. This is just good! Really loving this one! It's right up there with chocolate, eggnog, and salted caramel, when it comes to my favorites. I prepared in a blender bottle with ½cup heavy cream and 14oz warmish water. It sat in the fridge for about five hours, and I shook it vigorously before and after refrigerating.

Bought a few sample flavors after seeing rave reviews. Its a glorified protein powder with some added vitamins. The flavors were OK but the heavy cream I added was doing most of the heavy lifting. I expected more. Price is way too high for what it is.
