These are the only type of earplugs that provide both strong noise protection and comfort for me. I like the way they mold to the shape of my ear and are sticky enough to be reused up to about ten times per pair. I understand that they may not work for everyone, but they are certainly worth a try.

I'm a light sleeper. Have been for my entire 57 years. But luckily I've been using these Mack's earplugs for decades now. I could be staying at a noisy hotel or busy condo - or the neighbours could be blasting a party or tromping on the ceiling.. doesn't matter. I sleep like a baby with these in. Doesn't mean I can't hear ANYTHING though. You still hear some noise through them. Enough so that if a fire alarm went off, I'd hear it. Or if fireworks go off nearby, I'll wake up to that alright. A dog barking next door? Maybe, depends. But my alarm? I'd wake up to that easily. These silicone earplugs seem to offer just the right amount of noise restriction. And I can make each pair last about a week before replacing them. You just make sure your ears are free of wax each night before bed (so they stick better). And maybe rub a layer off the silicone before putting them in. Works wonders.

I have been using these for 10+ years to sleep since I traveled for work. They are soft, comfortable, and just quiet enough to block out unwanted noise. I can still hear my alarm go off if its set. I use them on airplanes also. One pair lasts me at least a month, which is good because the price has gone up quite a bit.
