Will this be confiscated by security at an event, the way a pocket knife or nail clippers would???

I had three different wallet tools confiscated by Japanese airport security last month. They were in my carry-on and I was just passing through from the United States to Hanoi they took the one out of my wallet and the two in my carry-on bag that I was bringing as a gift for in-laws. Although they weren’t this brand they were purchased from Amazon. They took exception to the knife edge on the tool. I pulled a ballpoint pen out of my pocket and told her I could do more damage with this but I was allowed to carry my pen on. And of course all the stuff will end up in their personal possessions.
