I was fed up on the ropes hurting my hands and got recommended this. Wish I’d known about them earlier. So ouch better for the people palms Two sizes so allows for single and double rope movements. Well made

Love this for biceps triceps and face pulls. Works better that the classic rope in my opinion. Carry my own to the gym all the time and keep it in my bag.
