These are so nice to write with. Honestly bought them bc I am a big fan of the black ones already and I saw one of my doctors using a blue one. Like any gel pen, they will smear if you don't give it a chance to dry. The color pay off is so worth it.

They skip a little at first. But when you actually write a bit with them, they write fine. Excited to use these!

A couple of the pens aren’t smooth the writing skips. In one purple pen the ball of the pen went inside the chamber and it no longer writes. I bought another set and the problem colors write fine in the new set. I use the pens a lot so it was worth it to me to get a new set

Fun pens for writing in journals or for crafting. Nice color variety. The ink is smooth and dries quickly which is good for left handed writers.

I love the ink in these pens. It’s very opaque and beautiful colors. My biggest issue is it doesn’t always write super smooth. If you’re writing continually it works better but if you’re using it as you’re working and might go a minute or two without using it the ink takes a moment to get going good again. And sometimes as you’re writing it might get scratchy. If they could get these to write smooth like the pentel energels these would likely be my new every day go to pen! The blues are AMAZING. As annoying as the scratchiness is I’ll probably purchase again unless I find a smoother pen with the same colors.
