This is my second go with 5050 strips in Natural White color. I put these in an aluminum channel under cabinets. The adhesive on the LED strips seemed good to me, I had no issues with them coming off. I soldered wires onto the strips, which was simple and reliable. The LEDS match the natural white color of our other kitchen lighting. I didn't notice any unusual hot spots. Overall, I think this light strip is a good product, and a great value.

I use this instead of bulbs in my 2000 year RV. It gives good light and is easy to install.

The good: the most important thing is that they work and glow in a consistent color. I've ordered eight rolls of this product and I'm happy to report they all pass this test. Also note that the ends are just bare wire, without a connector attached. I think this is a good thing, as I prefer to solder and crimp my own connections to get the best fit. It would have been nice if some JST connectors had at least been included loose in the bag, but considering the price point I'm not going to dock 'em for it. The bad: the build quality is passable, but probably only just. All of my rolls had minor kinks in the PCB material, especially as you got near the end of the roll where the reel's diameter is smallest. The application of the adhesive appears to have been done in haste, as there were numerous areas where it doesn't align with the PCB. Oh, and speaking of the adhesive... The ugly: near as I can tell, the adhesive is not the genuine product that comes from a certain company in Minnesota that specializes in Mining and Manufacturing. The protective layer shows an "M" but it's obvious on some rolls that there wasn't a "3" next to it. The performance of the adhesive is not good- you'll want to use something stronger. I do this anyway due to my own OCD, but be aware if this is not an extra step you normally consider. Summary: Despite its flaws, I'm giving this a four-star rating because of the value. Truth be told, I bought this because I was in a bind and needed something quick and cheap. Most LED rolls I buy are about 40-60% more expensive- had I experienced these issues at that price point this would be a two-star review, but one has to be reasonable with their expectations when a product is obviously manufactured down to a price-point. And they are doing well at the most important thing, which is to work as intended once they are deployed. I'll try to follow this review up in a month or two to report on how they hold up.

i used these in the cargo area of my work van. i tied them into the rear dome light so they function automatically when you trigger the interior lights. the adhesive worked fine on a clean aluminum strip i used to hold the overhead insulation. makes finding tools and fasteners much easier. i can't believe i waited so long to do this.

Easy to install. Totally changes how you work at the counter.

Lights work well, but the tape has been separating from both the light strips and the wall. Had to use my own adhesive to get the strips to stay.

Since the width was not included in the description, the quick connect clips I purchased were too small. I was able to trim a little from both sides to make it work, (as one of Q & A stated), It shouldn't be that hard. - PLEASE INCLUDE WIDTH IN MM IN YOUR DESCRIPTION!

The light is bright, made well enough... just not 4000k, it's probably about 4500k. When trying to match other 4000k light it's not a handy description. If they listed it as 4500k would be 5 star.

These Kebinfen LEDs give an even white light with almost no variation between the different chips. They are not sealed with a waterproof cover. The double-sided adhesive tape is still not brilliant, but it is better than often found on these strips and this is the first set (from several different makes over recent years) where I have not needed to (all too easily) remove the original and supply my own d/s sticky tape. The full strip uses about 2.5Amps from 12.0Volts, rising to 3Amps at 12.3Volts, which is about half of the specified wattage (60W). As one might expect there is almost no power taken below about 7Volts and no light. However, if it gives out the correct amount of light for half the power I will not be complaining. I'm using a 5Amp power supply and my power leads are applied (soldered) to centre points on my two strips, for effectively four strips but only two leads going back to the splitter. The 4000K colour is a little bit cooler than a normal warm-white and does not have the undesirable pinkness sometimes associated with certain brands of LED bulbs. So it is ideal when arranged around a bathroom mirror for applying make-up, allowing for a result with a good compromise between indoor colour (3000K), outdoor colour (6500K), and industrial fluorescent lighting (often a greenish 4000K) As with all of these styles of LED lights, the strip is made up of half metre segments soldered together, and again this is the first where it has been done properly, so that the joins are almost unnoticeable and lie flat, without any distortion from unsightly great lumps of solder. The strip is 9.5mm wide so will fit nicely into a 10mm wide shallow U channel for good protection and heat-sinking. On a 12V supply the 150 Ohm dropper resistor for each trio of LEDs connected across the three chips (each six-pin SMD 5050 chip has three LEDs) is running at about 25 to 30 milliWatts. Safety. Be aware that not being waterproofed they should not be allowed to get wet, and with the exposed components easily touched by fingers the 12V supply should be double insulated from the mains or have the 0V side grounded to mains safety earth. I have stuck my strips to a smooth metal framework which fortunately happens to be bonded to mains earth, as well as serving as a heat-sink to maximise the LEDs lifespan.

Alla prima prova i led funzionano tutti e fanno un'ottima luce bianca. Per ora sono completamente soddisfatto, da valutare sarà la durata nel tempo. Dopo un paio di settimane dall'acquisto ho cominciato a farne un utilizzo vero e proprio, non solo prove; ne ho messe 5 strisce da 12 led in ognuna delle due plafoniere sul camper, al posto di due tubi neon da 11 w in ciascuna, nessun problema nel collegarle, ottima luce bianca e luminosità, sono molto soddisfatto. Visto alcune domande, aggiungo che l'alimentazione è considerata a parte; dipende dall'uso che uno ne vuol fare, sul camper si alimenta con i 12 V in corrente continua delle batterie di servizio, su un'auto o furgone si alimenta con la batteria usata normalmente per l'avviamento del motore, sempre a 12 V in corrente continua, se si vuole allacciare alla rete domestica occorre un alimentatore per trasformare la tensione di rete da 220 V in corrente alternata a 12 V in corrente continua.

Ruban led qui rend super bien, on doit être vraiment à 4000K donc couleur neutre. Pas facile à trouver donc je recommande ! (comme il n'est pas étanche, il faudra le placer dans un profilé led pour le protéger si besoin)
