Maltodextrin (2 lb) Binder & Thickener, Unflavored, No Additives

It is great to use for homemade ice cream recipes. I use like 1 1/2 tbsps to 2 tbsps in a blender along with all the necessary ingredients to make 2 quarts of ice cream. It makes the mix very creamy and ready to pour into the ice cream maker. You will need to find a recipe that uses maltodextrin in order to add the correct amount.

I use this to turn the cannabis oil I make into a water soluble powder. Love it and so easy. I put it in my coffee/tea, cook with it or just eat the powder and I don't have to wait a few hours for my edible to kick in. Now, I will say that the effect doesn't last as long as my chocolates and other baked goods but worth it for the ease of taking.

Love the product - I use it to make my own sports gels and drinks. Mixes well and no gut issues. I gave it one less star for packaging. The opening is small for scooping it out. If you have a long scoop or spoon it works, but it's a pain with a standard scoop.

I use this as an additive to sports drinks and to make my own gel. I’ll add about 30 grams to a bottle (usually skratch) to bump up the calories in the bottle to about 300 or so. Helps fuel long endurance rides and runs. No taste to it and dissolves pretty quickly. I’ve also used it to create my own gels for racing. I’ll fill a reusable silicone flask with a bunch of scoops and just enough water to make the gel. I think I get about 600 calories per flask packed in there. On the course I’ll wash it down with water or whatever is available at an aid station. My gut handles this better than anything I’ve tried in 15 years of endurance racing.

I bought this as an ingredient for mixing my own sports drink. It dissolves pretty well in cold water, but I have to shake the bottle a little. If I have it with me while running, rowing, or biking there's going to be a little shaking going on anyway. For indoor workouts I just make sure it's well mixed before I start. It doesn't separate out after mixing and gives me the expected energy.

I mix my own sports drink and this product is the main ingredient. Tasteless so I add flavoring too. But the necessary energy I need at a fraction of the cost. No side effects for me.

This product dissolved COMPLETEY in warm/hot water. No grainy feel or lumps at all. Nice white finish to product.

I have autoimmune issues and as a consequence of that have a very sensitive digestive system. I have figured out over the years how to manage, but have to be very careful with what I eat. That being said I can eat corn on the cob corn tortilla chips really anything corn based is just fine and yet only a few sips of this product maybe 2-3 grams worth and INSTANTLY I felt sick for 2 full days. Tightness in hands, joint stiffness, brain fog, classic immune response for me. Naturally occurring sulphites do NOT cause me problems - this is a problem of chemical contamination from whatever process they are using to produce this product. If anyone has the means to have this product legitimately tested in a lab for contaminants it's an easy lawsuit. DO NOT BUY.
