I've been pleased with the results from taking this creatine. It is a bit of an adjustment if you take it plain in water. It does dissolve in warm drinks with minimal taste. Overall I strongly recommend it if you're planning to take creatine. Do your research, you might want to take 10 g (2 scoops) instead of 5g to get peak performance.

Caused gastric upset cant use it. Very disappointed. Waste of money maybe sell trial size to purchase. Not value for money if you cant use it

first time using this product and currently doing a loading phase and on day one of the 20 gram intake and i will say day one of my workout the length i was able to push myself the amount of sets i was able to do more then previously. i will definitely say it does lessen fatigue and get the extra several pushes in. im aware of the digestive issues when in the loading phases and any kidney issues. only digestive discomfort i have had is upset stomach but well documented for the loading phases of stomach issues and etc. but overall very satisfied with product.
