At this price point I was somewhat concerned with quality, but the lifetime warranty encouraged me to take the chance and I'm glad I did. This product displays quality and care all the way through, from packaging and instructions, to the actual product itself. A few key points: 1) the hose is a segmented stainless hose with a nice heavy weight and flexibility. It is not one of those stinky vinyl hoses that takes forever to straighten out. 2) Both heads have water saving restrictors which the instructions clearly show you how to remove. I removed mine immediately. Even with them removed, the overall flow is what I would call a 7 out of 10. Not great but very nice with both heads engaged. 3) Finish is very nice and even (we chose brushed nickel). 4) Installation took less than 10 minutes from unpackaging to use. Instructions are simple and easy to follow, with a small complimentary roll of Teflon tape included. We have very hard water, so I will try to follow up this review after a few months of usage.

I had to replace my shower set (started to leak badly) which I bought from Costco few years back, wanted to get an exact one with rainfall head, and couldn't find same exact one anywhere!I REALLY wanted to have one w/ rainfall feature, but didn't want to pay too much (e.g. few hundres $$), and I had my doubts about this shower set. BUT I was wrong!The showerhead combo provides ample water pressure with wide angle flow that I don't miss my rainfall showerhead at all. The handshower is properly secured in its place and can be easily removed.The package came with all parts included, nothing was missing, and the installation was very easy. I personally don't care that much about playing w/ different settings/functions each head has, and using one function suits me fine.I have already had this set for two weeks and I am very happy with how it works.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS:I purchased the Ana Bath 6" combo showerhead to replace an older handheld showerhead. With 4 people in our house, often all taking a shower on the same morning typically within 60 mintues, we've found that the last person would almost always get shortchanged and have little or no hot water left. I figured a low flow showerhead might be a better choice to make our hot water supply last longer rather than getting a larger hot water tank or a tankless water heater. So far after a nearly a week's worth of showers we have 4 thumbs up from our house.The force of the water is not nearly what we had previously, but it is definitely more than adequate. We've had NO issues with spending extra time trying to wash shampoo out of hair as we've read about other makes of low flow showerheads. And, the last person to take a shower each morning has had plenty of hot water left to complete and enjoy their shower. I feel like I've just saved a couple hundred dollars (to get a bigger hot water tank) by spending about $70 to get this showerhead ... and it's better for the environment. A huge win win!INSTALLATION:We did have the same issue that I've read in a few other reviews of the Ana Bath showerheads ... you may need an extra rubber washer (or 2) when connecting the diverter to the pipe coming out of the wall. Without the extra rubber washer our diverter just spun around making it impossible to hold the handheld showerhead and it didn't create a good seal which allowed water to spray every where. After putting in another rubber washer I was able to tighten down it properly and it now works perfectly.CUSTOMER SERVICE:Unfortunately, our unit arrived with a defective hose for the handheld showerhead. The metal casing had come apart from the end which exposed the rubber hose inside and also exposed a very sharp edge of the metal casing. I contacted Ana Bath via telephone and email as soon as I arrived home. Ana Bath called me back and replied to my email within one hour requesting a photo. I supplied them with a photo via email which showed the problem and they packaged and shipped out a replacement hose within 2 hours. I'm very happy with their response and how quickly they handled the issue.

We bought this to go with our new shower setup. We wanted to have a comfortable flow fixed showerhead with a portable showerhead mostly for cleaning shower.This showerhead has three output modes plus a head selector with three positions. We use the standard shower setting, which puts out a very comfortable stream of water. There's enough flow to easily rinse hair, but it's soft enough that it's relaxing as it hits the skin. This setting is what we bought the showerhead for.The next setting is probably a massage setting - it's unpleasant, at least for someone who doesn't use massage features. The final setting mixes the two. We don't use or care about these settings.The selector allows use of either, or both, showerheads. Since we use the portable showerhead mostly for cleaning the shower, we generally only use the primary showerhead. Both heads are the same, one offering the flexibility of movement. The portable works great, and has plenty of reach to cover anywhere in our somewhat oversize shower.Installation was simple. It looks good, works great. Overall, a great product we're quite happy with.
