11/18/2025 - With much hesitation I purchased this grounding sheet to see if the mixed reviews of claims of it works or it doesn't actually does anything. At first, I pulled out my multimeter and was getting an open reading on the grounding cable, so I tested the sheet and the lines you do see are conductive, granted one end of the sheet to the grounding point gives mid 40ohms, that should still be sufficient for conductivity. I later realized that the grounding plug has a resister in it, so I set my meter to make sure it would show a wider range for conductivity and it showed me there must be a 10k ohm resister in the wire somewhere. So giving it a shot, wife's got lots of back issues and thyroid issues as well, plus horrible sleeper too. I'm giving this a 4 as the continuity tester, did nothing. Not even on a bare piece of metal would it do anything. Checked it with the multimeter and it acts as if a capacitor is charging as it goes from a low ohms reading up to about 190k, but still does nothing aka seems dead to me.

Was very disappointed. Scratchy texture and didn't even kill static.

I've had this for a couple of months. The first few nights I felt like I slept better, didn't seem to be as restless or wake up as much. After a couple of weeks, it seemed like I was back to restlessness & waking up. It's difficult to determine if it's actually working (wish there was some sort of test to make sure?). I tried a 'test' by taking by going back to a regular non-grounding sheet for a week, and my sleep seemed to improve again. Not sure if the original was a placebo effect or maybe it doesn't work anymore? I did make sure to wash it w/out softener, etc. Many reviewers complained about the texture, scratchiness of the material, it's not that bad, but it's not super soft. The reason for 3 stars is that these sheets are expensive and w/out a way to determine if it's actually "grounding" when plugged in is challenging, plus the fact that it isn't the most comfortable thing to sleep on. According to my oura ring sleep reports, I actually sleep better w/out it. Go figure.

I had been searching for good bed sheets for a long time. In the past, I bought several, but none of them met my expectations. Some were too loose and didn’t fit the bed properly, others had poor-quality fabric, and many were overpriced. But when I came across this one, the description immediately caught my attention—it seemed like exactly what I had been looking for. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I got it at hand and I make the bed with this sheet, I loved it especially the fabric, high quality cotton which gives comfort. Also the elastic corners which make a tight fit , easy to wrap to make it stable what I love. Now coming to its special feature which is conducive metal snap which I was not familiar before. This was new to me and was excited. I would say the person who would love to get earth grounded sleeping feeling. This does not wrinkle and washable. I just love this purchase.

The sheets aren't very soft but I do sleep better. I'm assuming they're working.

I was amazed! I haven't slept well for decades. The first night it felt like my restless leg syndrome had returned, but after that, I got the longest length of uninterrupted sleep for weeks. I looked up how they should be washed (recommending hand washing), but a queen is too difficult to handle wet, so I did it in the washer on delicate and cold. Since then, it doesn't seem to be nearly as effective. Disappointed.

It works!? Have have noticed less pain! And feel better rested. I didnt tell my husband I got them and placed them on the bed. He didn't even notice I got new sheets lol. He has insomnia and it isn't helping this however he hasn't been complaining of his back pain and is in a much better mood since sleeping on them. I did eventually tell him and he laughed stating how unobservant he is. I like that they fit perfectly on our bed and they stay in place when sleeping. They fit over our mattress and even the mattress topper.

It fits well, shows on the tester that it is working. Disappointed that I have felt no effects from it after 2 months of use.

Sizing no the same as uk. King size massive, over sized. Plug is nit uk compliance. This sheet is for American size mattresses and plug sockets.
