This pumpkin spice is perfect, tastes just like a pumpkin pie, I use it in vanilla yogurt and add pumpkin puree, also in oatmeal you'll be satisfied

Does it matter that some specialty brand costs the same as Amazon Happy Belly or McCormick (I've used both)? YES!! OMG, this is so much fresher and more flavorful. The small-batch freshness is more than a small difference. I thought the bitterness of the others was natural. Now know that the nutmeg and clove oils can oxidize faster in mass-market blends like McCormick or Happy Belly, leaving a harsh edge. And I prefer the bag to shaker for ease with a teaspoon. Instead of "muddy spice," you get distinct layers of ginger’s brightness, clove’s warmth, and cinnamon’s sweetness. And the bag does a better job of keeping air out, so these flavors stay fresher. I was this old when I learned this is a far better deal. Brighter color, better quality, and not too large (like Amazon's 16oz). Perfection has been found. lol

I figured this would be good from the moment I opened the bag. Smells incredible. Added some to my oatmeal and could tell these are high quality and delicious spices.

This was almost exactly the strong, but not bitter, flavor I wanted for my dense-with-fruit holiday fruitcakes! I usually triple the amount of spice in my cakes, as that's what my family likes (lots of fruit and lots of spice!) so this was also a great value for the price. Traditional British mixed-spice also has cardamon and caraway, but it's a bit pricey and too savory, so I like this as an alternative - I just add more cinnamon and coriander. I also made spice cookies with almonds, which came out well with the addition of cinnamon, too. I'm storing the rest, bag and all, inside a largish glass jar.

I absolutely love The Spice Way Pumpkin Pie Spice. What sets it apart is the clean ingredient list — no artificial or “natural” fillers and no added sugar, which is surprisingly hard to find when you actually read labels at the grocery store. The flavor is excellent and well balanced. I’ve used it in sweet potato pie, pumpkin pie, and even plain Greek yogurt, and it tastes great every time without being overpowering. If you care about ingredient quality and want a spice blend that actually tastes the way it should, this is a great choice.
