A cup of chock full o nuts coffee can contain 65-175 mg of caffeine. Starbucks Coffee, Blonde Roast 16 oz. 360mg caffeine.  Panera Coffee, Light Roast 16 oz.	307 mg caffeine. 
Dunkin' Donuts Coffee	14 oz. 210 mg caffeine. Peet's Iced Espresso, can—all flavors 8 oz.100 mg caffeine

I absolutely love the kcup "midtown manhattan" blend - which loose ground is closest to it? original or donut?

Honestly can’t say, as I’m an Original grind guy from the git-go. I make it in varying strengths tho, so try it and see. I’ve been drinking this brand for going on 40? years. IMHO, you can’t go wrong.
