These work great if using a hand ratchet or electric ratchet just no impact gun on these and they will probably last you forever!!!!!! I’ve had these a long time and never even broke one of them, they’re awesome and they fit any 3/8 ratchet electric or hand tool!!!!!!! This is an awesome set!!!!!!!

Awesome sockets and it saves space by not needing to add adapters to adapters this solves this problem with having a clean universal socket with specific sizes for your any of your needs

Tough products for great price however... Second time, out of four purchases, I’ve gotten a set with issues. First was a set of 3/8 Nano sockets with two 14mm no 15. So now I have a not as short stubby 15mm with no hex end from Matco sitting in the middle of a set of Nano’s. This time got a set of 3/8 swivel sockets and the 12mm is a double ended 3/8 drive to 3/8 drive🤨. I don’t have time or patience to wait so I’m ordering a 12mm swivel from Gearwrench which brings the price to more than if I just bought from Gearwrench to begin with...

Like so many others, I drag my feet on new tool purchases because I can usually get by with what I have. Swivel sockets are one of those things that I just keeping wishing I had, so when I job came up that I could see would benefit from some, I ordered these before I put the car up in the air. I've bought a few Astro Pneumatic tools in the past - they aren't "world class" but they are consistently very good, and an outstanding value. They're made well enough I think they'd probably hold up to mild professional use, but as DIYer I'm sure they'll outlast me. :) For the money spent, the time I saved working under a car was a very good trade. As always, I wish I'd done this years ago.... oh, the time I could have back! :)

I used to buy expensive tools and therefor not very many due to budget restraints. But lately a number of companies have been coming forward with tools I always wished I had but could not justify the cost. Now I can have my cake and eat it too. The price is great, the tools are sound (will handle extreme amount of torque), well made and look like tool truck tools. Give yourself some compassion and get what you want and make work a little easier.

Kicking myself for not buying these flex sockets years ago! Astro Pneumatic are very good quality with a snug fit and great finish. I’m a huge Snapon fan and these are as close as you get for a fraction of the price. I’m going to get the 1/4 set next. 10/10

As said, this is the go-to tool when you need to access areas with a universal joint+socket and find that both (when assembled) are too large to get in and turn the nut. Only thing I am not a huge fan of is that it comes in a foam "case" with no cover. You would think that a blow-molded case would be supplied at the very least, but as a certain president infamously said, "it is what it is". Aside from the lack of proper sealable case to store them when not in use, I am happy with the performance of the socket set. I have gotten by for a few years without having this tool as I have a universal joint that I use with my normal sockets, but I ran across a case when installing my exhaust manifold where they would not fit in order to tighten up a nut. It is one of those tools that falls under the category of "when you need it, you definitely need it!

While the price point on this set is far cheaper than some of the professional brands out there, these haven't held up well. I've already broken the 10, 18 and 19mm sizes during normal automotive repair tasks and I don't use these sockets often. The screws that hold these together are a poor design and don't stay in place and don't even think you can use these sockets on power tools. My Milwaukee 3/8 Fuel ratchet was responsible for the death of one of these sockets and that tops out at 55-60ft lbs and has no impacting mechanism. I haven't even bothered with trying the warranty, every one that fails simply gets replaced with a professional tool brand version. I'd only recommend these for light duty tasks and don't try them on heavily rusted fasteners. If you work on new vehicles or things without rust, these would be worth picking up then as it's a good price for a set. Otherwise, look elsewhere as these will leave you disappointed.
