Happy with product
Kids love the flavour of this spray. 1 spray for a full days dose is very easy to administer. Kids take this with their breakfast. Bottle seems to be lasting for ages too. I will buy again

Vitamin d spray
Been using this vitamin D spray for my child and it’s really easy to give. Just a quick spray, no fuss, and they’re fine with the peppermint taste. Handy alternative to tablets or drops. Lasts a good while too. Happy with it and would buy again.

A good dose for adults
This is a good dosage size for adults and more in line with the amount recommended. Vitamin D is fat soluble so you don't pea out any excess so you can take too much. Very easy to take and quite a pleasant taste.

Handy and Easy For Kids
I bought this spray because tablets can be a struggle with my little one, and this makes things so much easier. Just one spray a day and you’re sorted. The flavour is mild enough that there’s no fuss or pulling faces and it’s great that it’s sugar free and suitable from around age three upwards. The bottle is 15 ml and lasts for about 100 sprays so it goes a fair way. It’s a nice simple way to make sure they’re getting their vitamin D especially in the winter months. I can’t say I’ve noticed a massive difference but it’s convenient, easy to use and gives good peace of mind.
