Im using this product for 12 months my AC1 went from 6.4 to 6.0 so far .

Its a good complement
I'm on my 3rd bottle and I think its helping to control cravings and crashes. I've been losing weight through intermittent fasting and jogging but I still crash in the afternoon and get strong cravings for junk food. I think this levels it out a bit. My goal is to "fix" my metabolism not just lose weight and I think this supplement is helping support my efforts even if it's not doing the heavy lifting. It's fairly priced if consider how much it would cost to buy each ingredient separately.

I gave it a three star because it just wasnt for me. It was everything it was advertised for but just did not work out for me.

Good value for the money. It is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a taste at all. It makes me think about a good effectiveness.

Bad reaction
After taking for a week I was noticing I’m getting a lot of muscle craps in my feet, legs, arms. So I decided to stop taking them to see if it was the pills and sure enough the muscle craps went away! Took a few days but back to normal
