These are perfect for my needs. Nice and small. Fit perfectly in my ear and are comfortable to wear. Very easy to put on. Great value for the money. They functions like they should. So far they are lasting as expected.

I wear the new Oticon zeal AI RIC hearing aids. The Oticon domes are offered in 8mm or 10mm sizes. I found the 10mm originally fitted by my audiologist to be too large. They felt too “full” and uncomfortable and didn’t allow the Zeals to fit deeply enough in my ear canal. This resulted in pressure outward against the Travis of my ear which eventually caused pain and made the hearing aids more visible from a side view. I dropped down to the 8mm size which was a definite improvement in comfort and appearance. However, I noticed over time the hearing aids wanted to rotate in my ears which interfered with the placement and comfort of the unique Bluetooth antenna of the Zeals. So I did some research on my own see if I could find an alternative. I eventually found several offerings on Amazon from Phonak that some folks said would fit other brands. After trying several of the phonak styles I ended up with this set that offered a pair of small, medium and large open domes. And just like Goldilocks I found the Small to be too small and the large to be too large, but the mediums were perfect. According to the measurements online they measure 9mm which was the perfect compromise between the 8mm and 10mm offered by Oticon. They stay in place, fit deeply in my ear canal, and don’t rotate in my ears. They fit the Oticon zeal just fine. This honestly saved my 6k purchase of these high end category leading hearing aids. The medium Phonak Open Smokey domes will be my go to from now on!

The Phonak Open Smokey Dome Medium (0.31 inch=8mm) 10 Domes, Genuine OEM Switzerland Replacement are excellent and comfortable. This is the first time I’ve ever used these domes and I was pleasantly surprised! Great value for the money and they are functionally perfect. They seem durable but I’ll have to use them for a few weeks to have a better idea.
