I made 8 ounces of chocolate milk and added a quarter teaspoon of this and blended it for two minutes. Wow, I was pleased to have an amazing creamy cup of chocolate milk

If you're used to cooking with Wondra, flour, or cornstarch it's worth the time to experiment with this stuff before a service or dinner. I was surprised by how fast and completely it set my parsley puree into an emulsion. I got exactly the effect I was looking for, but the speed, flavor, and mouthfeel were all new. Don't make my "happy accident"! Shipping, packaging, and service were all top notch.

Good ice cream stabilizer.

This works great in Ice Cream. I use a mix of stabilizers, mostly this carrageenan, and have created ice cream that is incredibly creamy even after weeks in the freezer.

The packaging is beautiful - a foil, resealable pouch. It arrived in a timely manner. However, I decided that there was no need for this product in the the recipe for which I had purchased it. I am unable to return it since it is a food product, even though I did not open the package.
